Jay Mullen (Maine), Lisa Maurer (Wisconsin), Bing Pao (California), Chip Pettigrew (Georgia) and James Shoemaker (Indiana) will provide tactics, best practices, coalition-building strategies, opportunities, and challenges in advocating for out-of-network (OON) legislation at the state level. This webinar assists attendees become effective state advocates by reviewing multiple state solutions that take the patient out of the middle of payment disputes.
