Purchasing an exhibit booth is a great way to promote your organization, institution, press, program, or company.
Located across from the conference registration area in the Connecticut Convention Center, the exhibit hall will be accessible to conference attendees for most of the meeting. All networking coffee and snack breaks and pop-up activities will be held in the exhibit hall, and a gathering space—The Commons—will be provided for meeting attendees to maximize traffic.
All staffed exhibit booth purchases come with two complimentary registrations to the conference. All exhibitors will be sent an exhibitor manual with more details, will be given the opportunity to select their booth in order of purchase, and will be asked to sign an exhibitor contract in advance of the event.
